What will PACE do?
PACE is the short name for the Plankton, Aerosol, Cloud, ocean Ecosystem mission. This mission will study phytoplankton (a type of tiny algae), ocean color and measure atmospheric particles and clouds. PACE will help us understand ocean ecosystems, the ocean carbon cycle, and Earth’s climate.
