What will TEMPO do?
TEMPO is the short name for Tropospheric Emissions: Monitoring Pollution. This mission is being created to study certain key pollutants in the air we breathe. TEMPO will be the first space instrument to keep a close eye on major air pollutants in North America during each daylight hour.
